The girl’s name is Rena and that landfill is like her secret area. Don’t really remember the pink hair girl, but I most definitely remember Rena doing such a thing, but also cutting up the body with a long machete-like knife.
Update: after digging around, it seems the pink hair girl is named Rina Mamiya and Rena did it to “protect” her father. I think he was gifting her too much or something and Rena witnessed her hanging out with other guys (yakuza-type I think) and Rena overheard how she was taking advantage of her father. Rena lured her to the junkyard and the rest is history as you know it.
